External Service Nodes #82

We want to provide an API to add arbitrary (controlled) external and internal 
"Service Nodes" to the jWebSocket Network, a service node provides a certain 
set of methods (services) including a description, which can be requested from 
the "outside". Hence this feature requires the "provide capabilities" function 
first.
