undefined function 'tj_from_line' #1

Hi, I git clone the codes of quadrotor, and tried to run it. There are some errors following the instructions in readme.md. I think the tj_from_line function is missing? Would you commit the missing files?Thank you.

Hi, I have updated the missing file. Note that part of the codes is from Penn's MEAM620 courseware. The code is only for showcase and educational purpose.
