saves the file into "{directory}/.hash{hashSize}" with the format being "{file_name}\0{hash}"
there is some issues still however, like (marked is fixed)
[x] it has to reparse the file everytime,
[x] error handling if the file is broken/corrupt
[x] assumes directory and forward slashes as path separator
should fix #7, hopefully
