Naming of dtc #1

@yrutschle It will be tricky to package this for distributions, as dtc is also the common name for the DeviceTreeCompiler.

Ok I can't think of anything and there is already some references to "dataflow tabular charts", so I want to keep that term... How about packaging as dtcgen, "dataflow tabular chart generator", in keeping with mscgen, a similar tool for a different kind of chart?

I'm happy with changing the script name, but would probably prefer to retain the current repo name (as it has a couple of other sites pointing to it).

I think dtc-gen isn't too bad; and atleast makes it clean that it's not the devicetree compiler :)
