I think we should take a look at the copy on all the pages again. Home page and event details page use first-person writing, whereas footer and about page use third-person writing.
Also, this run-on sentence still exists on home page. We can change it to what's on about page? "The Intermission is a celebration of the graduating class of 2016; it is a reflection on our past four years and our hopes for the future." Or just put semi colon in between to break them into two sentences.
Maybe we should ask copywriters for this task. Let me know!
