With this PR, the plugin will be made compatible with Filament v3, and it will introduce significant changes that mark a new phase of development. Below is the roadmap for this update:

[x] Separating the country area code into another state.
[x] Introducing a class for table builder.
[x] Implementing a method for validation.
[x] Usage outside of Filament
[x] Update docs
Once these tasks are completed and merged, a new version will be released. Additionally, I will provide necessary updates for v1 as deemed appropriate.
