Decoder locks up with a lot of seeking #497

Describe the issue you're having:
When playing a f4v file, seeking back and forth ends up with the player locking 
up.  Changing the filter to a different video (CoreAVC) or audio (CoreAAC or 
MainConcept AAC) decoder, or muting the audio results in no lock up with 
seeking.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
See above.  Can provide 2.37 GB file...do you have somewhere to upload?

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
LAV 0.63.0, MPC-HC 1.7.7.73 (compiled from git)

It is interesting that muting makes a difference for you. Audio is still being 
decoded if sound is muted. Maybe try updating your sound driver. Some versions 
of Realtek driver are unstable.

I agree that it is strange.  The driver is already at the latest available, 
though.
