There's a green line while playing avc codec video

I use LavFilter 0.65 with potplayer. There's a green line while playing avc 
codec video. It's normal when I use potplayer built-in decoder. Here's the 
screen capture and the simple video.

Looks to me like PotPlayers video renderer is at fault. LAV outputs the image 
properly.
