WMV2 video seek freeze #534

Video freezes for 7 sec when seeking wmv2 video. I'm having this issue since 
0.64.
0.63 works fine.

Also 2 icons of LAV Splitter shows on tray when playing any WMV.

Using MPC-BE x64 and LAV 0.65 x64 on Windows 8.1.
