Some VP9 videos show corruption when decoded with ffvp9. Decoding with
libvpx-vp9 seem to be fine. This bug was fixed upstream and was wondering if it
could be included in the custom ffmpeg build that's used to create the next
LAVfilters. I'm using LAV 0.65.0 with MPC-HC 1.7.8 x64 on Windows 7. Attached
is a clip that exhibits the corruption, starting at the 4 second mark.
