LAV Filters interfering with transfer of music files to Android phone #541

Describe the issue you're having:

I have an Android phone (LG G3) connected to my PC in MTP mode (Google disabled
Mass Storage mode some time ago). Every time I copy music files (FLAC for
instance) to the phone's SD card using Windows Explorer, I get a prompt that
asks whether I want to convert the files or just copy them. I select "just copy
them". When I do that, dozens of LAV Splitter and LAV Filter icons start
appearing in the taskbar and literally filling the whole taskbar with these
icons. Clearly LAV Filters are being activated for some strange reason. It's as
if LAV Filters are converting files, which they shouldn't be doing (and which I
choose not to do anyway).

P.S.: I have enabled "USB Debugging" mode on my phone. Disabling it makes not
difference in this regard.

Please review this strange issue. Thank you.

This would be a question to Windows Explorer why its trying to convert things
when it shouldn't be. I can't control what the explorer is doing.
