timeline viz: hovering on the task text should highlight the timeline #283

  1. If I hover over the project, highlight all its boxes
  2. If I hover over a task, highlight all its segments (which may each be only a subset of the box)
  3. If I hover over a note, highlight only its segments

I'm only going to do point 1 for now. I'll open a new ticket for 2 and/or 3 if I find I need it.
