daily goals show yesterday's stuff

I've only noticed this on a more modern version of macOS (Ventura, 13.5.2). In the PTN, the daily goals show up as yesterday's and today's. In the daily summary, today's don't show up at all!

This may actually be because they're not being written, for some reason.

I was able to repro just now. I don't think it's a timezone or time fencepost issue (as I first suspected), and probably not influenced by Ventura, either.

Repro steps:

• started the day on a Monday (so, it's been a few days since my last session)
• I typed some text into the first goals field
• I accidentally hit "command-enter" instead of "enter", to dismiss the goals box.
  • expected: the goal I entered is now the only goal
  • actual: the goal wasn't entered, and instead I saw the last session's goals
• I then quit Whatdid and restarted it
  • expected: nothing happens on startup; Whatdid picks up where it ended (with a PTN popup scheduled for ~12min from now, and the daily session still broken)
  • actual: I was prompted to enter my daily goals.
    • I was not asked if I want to start a new time-session, so that part of it was correctly sticky.
    • I entered my goals, and it seems to be working correctly now
    • This is buggy behavior, but fortuitous: this second bug (that the lack of new goals isn't sticky) serves as a workaround for the first one
