Some O'Reilly video courses don't have divisions in the contents list, they just have a list of videos. Example: Safari online books video course Same course as above, different URL shortening service And another last one
This leads to topic.ol being None, an exception being thrown and the download failing.
The solution is to grab all anchors from topic directly. I've attached a patch of what got it working for me. no_ol_in_topic_patch.zip
