Unified `Layer` definition. #11

Using LayersBuilderPass's Layer definition. Now, Clang tests should pass. Related to #9 . Fixes #10 .

For some reason, Travis is trying to use ruby for this PR... It doesn't even have a .travis.yml file.

It is using the standard configuration of the travis because this repo don't have the Travis you configured on the other PR because it is not merged. I will merge the other and them try to rebase here, should work.
