Ctrl-w doesn't seem to work reliably #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. change a current tab to open in IE tab
2. press Ctrl-w
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the tab to close.  Instead it doesn't

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.12.12.1.  Win 8.1

Please provide any additional information below.
