error with digital certificate #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. signing digital certificate (digital certificate already installed and 
imported)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should able to view application content but it show Browser is not internet 
explorer

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8.
