Show Travis CI checks in a pull request page #19

CI checks don't appear in a pull request page. For example, #18 is build by Travis CI at https://travis-ci.org/github/ysk24ok/jekyll-linkpreview/builds/668236405 but it's not shown in #18 page.

The feature is enabled after this repository is migrated from travis-ci.org to travis-ci.com as shown in #24 .
