Fix Clinic_Image_Placeholder placeCell in PlacesViewController #32

1.) Fix ratio of images to be 1:1

2.) Add attached gradient to photos (attached as picGradient@2x.png)

3.) Show the distance for each clinic overlaid on the clinic image (or alternatively put below clinic name)

4.) Add YTH approved logo to some random clinic images (attached as ythApproved@2x.png)

I fixed the ratio of the images so that they are 1:1. But I didn't do items 2-4.
