Board sometimes changes address #6

After flashing new version, the board sometimes changes its bluetooth address (displayed in radio). This breaks pairing and forces operator to do that initial pairing again, and that’s pain.

This issue affects development, but not regular usage, so kind of low prio, still annoying, would be great to fix this.
