Add --layers option argument on claudia command
Generate command from node script because deploy command seems too long and becomes complicately
Add document for Layer installation
Append note about layers to README
Set memory limitation on gm function -- currently 90% of total memories

I'm gonna release as v1.0.0 because this PR contains a bit breaking change (but it doesn't our matter)
