    *  可以将 WebControls 的行为（对用户操作的响应）封装到 WebControl 实现中
    * 每一个 WebControl 可以是一个对象（方便封装行为和复杂的操作）
    * 每一个 WebControl 可以完全打包为一个独立的组件（包括 html 模板、css
样式、资源文件等）
    * WebControls 的注册和检索机制，以便在需要时自动实例化 WebControl
