Adds an extractor for PBS shows, which is capable of downloading all seasons and optionally specials.
Makes a few adjustments to PBSIE as well, including
allow for non-numeric video IDs
widen fetching of description and upload date
exclude URLs with /show to instead use PBSShowIE
