Add GitHub Pages #83

Move Doc to GitHub Pages

Build doc to GitHub pages, so we no longer need to navigate through .md files. Some part are still left for todos, I will update them as soon as possible. This PR is to setup GitHub Pages for libyt and reorganize the doc folder, so that others can link to the doc in libyt.
