Add tests to python side of widgyts #43

This adds a basic set of tests to the python-facing part of widgyts. The tests

check to see that linking between the controls is consistent with the values in the FRBViewer and Colormap widgets
checks to see that the widgets have the expected trait values

This PR also

updates the linking for the min and max values of the colormap widget to the controls to include both a link() and a jslink() call.
updates the documentation to include a small section about running the tests.

Addresses some of data-exp-lab/widgyts#38 , but not everything so it should remain open.
