Clean out old javascript and add bump2version #63

The old javascript files were no longer used. This removes them and also adds support for bump2version, which will ease the process of keeping the package.json in sync with the other components.

One other thing I want to note is that this changes the name of the npm package to @yt-project/yt-widgets and I need to issue an update to this PR before that change is fully realized...

The package @data-exp-lab/yt-tools is still under the old name, and not ready to move yet.

Right now I've got the test requirements building yt from git because we need that to get the most recent versions.

I think this is ready for review, and should probably not be that controversial.
