Non-functional frontends should be removed from 2.X #707

Looks like there are still gadget, ramses, and tiger frontends. These should be removed.

Oops! Missed Gadget in that PR that got accepted a few days ago. I just pushed 8d0535ad7b49. In a clean checkout, everything is now gone.
