Document that we should not use more than 10 V #83

Dear Ytai,

After waiting for this device to arrive for 2 months. I have finally received it. I checked the power supply page in your wiki, and it said 5W-15W. The JST connector says 5V-15V. So I applied 12V 0.9A to the board. It worked for an hour, no heat at all in any part of the board. Then it suddenly turned off. It cannot be powered on anymore.

Please document in your Power Supply Considerations page that we shouldn't use more than 10 Volts. This is very frustrating.

Fair enough. Sorry about that. I added a warning to the Wiki. SeeedStudio already have a warning on their web-page. I'll reach out to SparkFun too.
