It's done here, which calls this SUSYTools function. It looks like FS=86 corresponds to this line.
I only see one event in the m12=600 with a FS of 86 though (and the CutBookKeeper from the DAOD also suggests that one event has this FS as well!). So it might be either something which could be improved in the xsec file, or this FS could be ignored? The rest of the events in the ntuple seem to have sensible genWeight values.
