Sorry - my fault for going so quickly. The 'e' prefix before MLL or MT2 means 'exclusive' binning e.g. m(ll) in [5,10] GeV, rather than 'i' for 'inclusive' e.g. m(ll) < 10 GeV.
Those numbers you're looking for might be in the int note, could try:
Yields tables in various regions around Table 15.
I also added cutflows for many background samples around Table 28.
