Thanks for following up on this. I added the MET and nLep_base cuts as a preselection, and reran HiggsinoSelector so that I could get a fair comparison on each of the cuts. We actually disagreed at SFOS, but this is because I was using the signal leptons rather than baseline leptons for this requirement. For the analysis, we'll use exactly 2 baseline and 2 signal leptons for the 2L channel, so it won't matter, but for the cutflow, it has an impact. I'm fixing + rerunning it now, and I'll let you know when I update the cutflow. I think my nJet definition also uses 20 GeV jets, but we tend to cut at 30 GeV for our jet counting, so I will update that as well.
I'll also add comments on the relevant variables, so that it's easy to know these types of things in the future.
