Hi Yu-Ting,

I am sending short instructions on how to run SimpleAnalysis.

Download the package as in the README file, compile.

https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas-phys-susy-wg/SimpleAnalysis

Then add to the Root folder the EwkHiggsino2016.cxx I have put to my public /afs/cern.ch/user/m/mamuzic/public/ForYuTing/NUHM2, and recompile.

Then take the TRUTH3 files, and run something like this for each TRUTH3 file:

simpleAnalysis -n -a EwkHiggsino2016 ../Higgsino_NUHM2/mc15_13TeV.370623.MGPy8EG_A14N23LO_NUHM2_m12_800_weak.TRUTH3_DAOD.e4209/DAOD_TRUTH3.TRUTH3_DAOD.05973275._000030.pool.root.1 -o user.NUHM2.370623.EwkHiggsino2016_000030.root

Then one needs to merge them, and plot. You can get inspiration from the brpv.py, but it needs quite some adjustments. Perhaps your framework is more ready. In the SimpleAnalysis there is no branch with the FS, so perhaps this needs to be added in the SimpleAnalysis, and re-run, and correct xsec for each FS needs to be read out (in the Higgsino framework this was done for us).

So we will need all this after I have prepared the jobOptions, and produced a example EVNT file. But I will not work on that in the next 1.5 days, so perhaps you can start to prepare everything else.

So we need the truth level plots, with correct weighting for only 2 points, the same as today: NUHM2_m12_600 and Higgsino_160_150.

Cheers, Judita
