For some dumb reason, the cute video is not available in my country, India. Is there a work-around for that ?

You don't. Can't do this with software.

Use a proxy, or connect via VPN server in the countries listed above.

Edit:

Shouldn't be a problem, I see that this video is basically available everywhere - except for India, apparently. God knows why.
