Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

A show streamable on ndr.de (or downloadable via vavideo.de) is not available via youtube-dl. Problem happens on the show page (https://www.ndr.de/fernsehen/Die-Geschichte-eines-Abends,sendung712356.html) as with the show in the mediathek (https://www.ndr.de/fernsehen/Die-Geschichte-eines-Abends,abend156.html)

Yes, the extractor for ndr.de seems to be broken. The two internal extractor tests also fail ("Unable to extract embed URL").

For reference, this was fixed in 310ea4661ddaea002c86d0ebbf4663b6c943b8f4.

And, also for reference, the other issue (of which this is a duplicate): #15203.
