Unable to download subtitle for "ja-jp" from TVer #30078

When I try to download a video subtitle from TVer, it said "WARNING: Unable to download subtitle for "ja-jp": Unable to download webpage: HTTP Error 404: Not Found (caused by HTTPError()); please report this issue on https://yt-dl.org/bug . Make sure you are using the latest version; type youtube-dl -U to update. Be sure to call youtube-dl with the --verbose flag and include its complete output.". A few days ago, ytdl easily download these subtitle from TVer, but now "unable to download subtitle for "ja-jp"". My ytdl is up to date. Can you fix this bug?

utube-dl with the --verbose

My command is : "youtube-dl.exe --all-subs URL ", I tried too many links, but still can't download these subtitles. Is my command goes wrong?
