Having said that, your diagnostic was previously reported.

If you care to provide the completed site support template in the issue description, I'll re-open this as the master issue for that diagnostic.

Thank you for your reply. It appears that the error messages do not explicitly indicate whether the IP was banned or not.

We don't know what causes YT to send that response, but can guess. Review the linked yt-dlp thread for suggestions on avoiding it.
