You are using an outdated version of youtube-dl. Read our FAQ if you have troubles updating.

I'm using the latest version from the repository vailable Ubuntu using apt-get, who is responsible for that software in the Ubuntu repositories are not functional and updated?

Anyway I will use the version found in git, thank you very much.

Ubuntu maintainers obviously.
