RTSP streams can be downloaded with ffmpeg:

ffmpeg -i "rtsp://media.tbc.co.kr:1935/vod/_definst_/sky/sky16-0622.mp4" -acodec copy -vcodec copy sky16-0622.mp4

Do you expect that youtube-dl recognizes RTSP URLs and pass them to ffmpeg?

and...I use nas on synology. I don't know ffmpeg update. currently versions: ffmpeg 2.0.2

I guess the following option is the key:

--disable-protocol=rtp

RTP protocol is necessary for downloading RTSP streams. Try to rebuild ffmpeg without this option. If you are not sure how to rebuild, ask Synology.

Version 2.0.2 is indeed quite old. Usually we use ffmpeg 2.8 or newer.
