Print Grid: All Modules #126

Based on the solution defined in the YHSI sites application update print record on all other modules

In initial testing, the print button does generated a printable PDF:

The intention of this is to make it match all the other print functions with headers (YG Logo) and footers (date, time, url). Fits on a standard sheet and looks good. I am wondering if there is a better print library that would support the entire application.
