Update: Sign-in new user issue #146

When I attempt to create a new user after creation of user and password it takes me to a Bad Gateway. https://yhis-uat.ynet.gov.yk.ca/

@Max, this needs testing in the UAT environment. I assume it's working now but you'll need to confirm
