Problem on install #14

After install there is this error and magento is down

Notice: Undefined index: Magento\Framework\App\State in /home/veron547/publ ic_html/vendor/magento/framework/Interception/PluginList/PluginList.php on line 250

Why ?

Magento release 2.3.0 Shopdecor.biz

Thank you for reply ! The module is not compatible with Magento 2.3.0 It's very bad !

I want to cancel this module from Magento. It's possible ? How ?
