Firefox: typing in urlbar enables goto link shortcut #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Goto urlbar
2. type in any text string which has f or F

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to enter url without interruptions

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Vimium 1.36, Firefox 20 on Arch Linux

Please provide any additional information below.

This also happens in some textboxes, the most annoying part is in Gmail's new 
compose interface. Typing in this textbox has been uninterrupted!

I have a patch to fix this (and the duplicate issue #21). It won't fix the 
textbox problem though.

This bug still reproduces for me a year later, is the maintainer still active? 
Any fix in the works?
