What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the URL bar.
2. press 'f'
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pressing 'f' while being in the url bar should only make the character 'f' 
appear in the url bar.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
22.0

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm using OS X 10.8.4
