There is no any special blog engine in Vosao CMS. There is only page content 
which can be simple or structured. Please look at pages under /blog URL on the 
default Vosao CMS site shipped with distribution.

Hi,

you mean to say I cannot add or post a new topic/blog to vasao cms. Because I 
might need it to put a customer testimonial page!

If you want to add a new blog post to Vosao default site example you need to 
add page under /blog parent page.

Look at children pages of /blog page. Their structure and structure template.

what is the location of /blog in vosao cms. Do you think page comment can also 
do the trick.

Angelo, 

Adding a link to encourage more customer testimonials is a good idea. We've 
added a link to the home page on the staging site that says "Are you a Vosao 
CMS fan? Post your testimonial to our Discussion Group!". 

If you have a testimonial of your own, please post it to the Discussion Group  
http://groups.google.com/group/vosao-cms-development site.
