Sitemap doesn't work if not excluded from list. #272

$plugin.sitemap.renderXML() doesn't render when placed in template if 
sitemap.xml URL is not in the "Excluded from sitemap" list.

can you also format the xml as the real xml not in url set?

What we want is when you browse www.domain.com/sitemap.xml it will show 
directly the xml and not by viewing the the source code.

Problem with empty exclude page list fixed in sitemap plugin 0.6.1 version and 
in the trunk.

For problem with showing xml as text content issue created 
http://code.google.com/p/vosao/issues/detail?id=276
