Site owner email in configuration page needs important description

If the site owner email isn't one of the developers in the Google App Engine 
account for the app or if it isn't string@appid.appspotmail.com, email's wont 
send from the system (will say unauthroized).

I spend about 2 hours trying to figure out why emails wouldn't send from the 
registration module (thinking that the administration email in there was the 
reply email)... it turns out it was the site configuration email address.

I think a breif description of what email address has to be in this field is 
required (maybe next to it) so that people don't run into this problem (and 
post bug reports).
