window 7 - instalation fail #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install the python 2.8 
2. install the winpdb
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
in the stage that he installation trying to create the winpdb-py2.6 - it
fail and echo a fail using a pop up fail window .next it fail to create a
registry key.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
lattes 1.4.6
