Restart on Windows evokes "terminate it in an unusual way"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Restart winpdb on Windows 7

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Restart without evoking "The application has requested the Runtime to terminate 
it in an unusual way."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Winpdb 1.4.8 on Windows 7
