Git version check + GUI changes + minor refactoring #46

Note: as discussed with Adrian, the Repository Descriptor was not the best name. I changed it to Resolver. Would it fit better? Consult with him;)

However, the main change is checking git version. If it's not supported, the repo directories won't just show up in the repos combo. Additionally, WARN log will show up while starting the app.
