Reformat the annotate part on the view page

The annotate part should be parsed and displayed in better way, e.g.:

• remove unnecessary empty spaces
• reformat date/time to show only date (with option to show the time)
• generally make this page looking better (like the grep page)

Proposal of new layout: Still the date piece should be formatted better way.

• remove table header (data is quite obvious and self-explanatory)
• add dark background for code section
• change repository color from red to gray

Other:

• date format is OK in my opinion
• I think we don't need to hide annotations section
